  • Online ID Verification: Confirm your identity safely online.
  • Existing Cloud Software: Already using Xero, Freeagent, SAGE? Simply add me as a user, and I can start managing your accounts remotely.
  • Software Setup: If you haven’t set up software yet I recommend Xero or VT Software:
    • Xero Accounting – ideal if you want some access to raise sales invoices etc. Cloud based so you can log in when you want.
    • VT Software – perfect if you prefer me as bookkeeper to maintain your accounts. Its a desktop version that I have here, I can then send you reports from on when doing monthly bookkeeping.
  • Secure Sending of Records: Share your financial information in a way that suits you:
    • Upload documents to protected folder (I currently use ProtonMail or Dropbox for security or we can find an alternative).
    • Use Xero’s secure inbox - you send receipts direct to Xero and I can then analyse. 
    • Email scanned documents or photos directly to me.

  • VT Software – a desktop solution I maintain for clients who prefer me to manage their accounts.

 

I also have experience of using Sage and FreeAgent, if you are already set up with these.
